Our Story
Nathan spent over 15 years managing Windows environments, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure before his sons ever wrote a line of code. Samuel started the same way — doing IT administration before moving fully into software engineering, spending time at Microsoft, and becoming a seasoned .NET developer. That shared foundation gives True Tech a perspective most software shops simply don't have: we understand both the legacy systems clients are running and the modern software they're trying to move toward.
DJ rounds out the technical side with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform — helping businesses automate and modernize using the tools they already invest in. And Luke brings the human element: a customer success background that keeps every engagement grounded in clear communication, honest expectations, and genuine care for the people we work with.

Samuel started his career in IT administration — following in his dad's footsteps — before transitioning into software engineering. Over the past 8 years he's shipped production-grade software across multiple industries, including time at Microsoft. He's the team's primary .NET and application architecture expert.
